I must be bipolar or something. To I woke up feeling like shit… just unhappy and a bit angry. Then I wrote all my feelings down, and it actually made me feel better. I was thinking positively and was doing fine. Then a little bit later, I feel crappy again. And very out of sync with the world. Grr I have problems…

I hate it when I feel sooo angry or sad or hurt… But I have nobody to talk to! No outlet. I feel like I’m going to freaking explode.

I feel so pointless. Like I just dont matter. I hate this…Grrr

J doesn’t like to do anything for V-day. No flowers, no chocolates, no cards, no special anything… So I don’t really have a valentine. Bummer.
